Purpose of MintMark

MintMark by WYCO provides brand design, logo design, visual direction, and identity assistance. The site content explains the service direction and helps visitors understand whether MintMark may be a useful fit.

Design Assistance

MintMark may help shape brand marks, visual language, layout direction, color choices, type choices, and usable identity pieces. Final project scope, deliverables, timing, payment, ownership, and usage rights should be agreed separately before design work begins.

Visitor and Client Materials

If you share names, ideas, logos, images, references, written copy, or other materials, you are responsible for having the right to share and use them. MintMark may rely on those materials to understand the project and provide design assistance.

Drafts, Concepts, and Final Files

Drafts, exploratory concepts, unused directions, process files, and presentation materials are not automatically licensed for public or commercial use unless that use is clearly agreed. Final usable files and ownership details should be confirmed in the project agreement or written delivery notes.

Original MintMark Content

The MintMark name, page design, written content, graphics, examples, and visual presentation are part of the WYCO ecosystem unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, republished, resold, or presented as someone else's work without permission.

Brand Names and Third-Party Rights

MintMark does not guarantee that a brand name, logo, phrase, mark, or design direction is legally available for use or registration. Visitors and clients should perform their own checks or seek qualified professional review when trademark, copyright, registration, or legal clearance matters.
