WYCO ("we", "our", or "this site") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and handled across pages, branches, tools, project areas, and related experiences accessed through wyco.info.

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to the WYCO website and everything accessed through wyco.info, including current and future WYCO branches, sections, tools, project pages, forms, media areas, and related experiences. Some WYCO areas may also provide more specific notices when a feature or form needs additional detail.

Information Collection

Visitors may browse most WYCO pages without intentionally providing personal information. Some WYCO areas may collect information only when a visitor chooses to submit it, such as through a contact form, service request form, project tool, or similar interactive feature.

Depending on the WYCO area being used, submitted information may include details such as name, email address, phone number, service location, request details, project notes, or other information voluntarily provided through a form or tool.

Server Logs

Like most websites, basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and access time may be logged automatically by hosting providers or site infrastructure for operational, performance, security, and troubleshooting purposes.

How Information Is Used

Information submitted through WYCO areas is used for the purpose connected to that submission, such as responding to a message, reviewing a request, supporting a site feature, maintaining records related to that interaction, or keeping the site working as expected.

WYCO does not sell, rent, or trade personal information for marketing purposes.

WYCO AI Conversations

When a visitor uses WYCO AI, the visitor's messages, recent conversation context, a pseudonymous browser identifier, and generated responses are transmitted to Supabase infrastructure and the OpenAI API so the assistant can operate, maintain context, apply safety controls, and return a response. Site-content searches use published WYCO records and do not give the assistant access to unpublished administrative content.

WYCO sends OpenAI requests with application storage disabled. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the account holder opts in, but API prompts and responses may be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless different approved data controls apply. Service providers may also process limited technical and security information under their own terms and policies.

Up to five chat histories and generated images may be stored locally in the visitor's browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. They are not synced to a WYCO user account. Visitors can delete individual chats through the chat interface or clear site data through their browser. Visitors should not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, complete medical records, or other sensitive or confidential information.

Cookies and Tracking

WYCO does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party tracking cookies across wyco.info. Some WYCO areas may use cookies or similar browser storage to remember preferences, support basic functionality, or keep tools working as expected. For more detail, please review the Cookie Policy.

Third-Party Services

WYCO areas accessed through wyco.info may use third-party services such as Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, embedded media providers, contact form providers, service request platforms, or other site tools. Those providers may process information or use their own storage technologies under their own policies.

External Links

WYCO may link to external websites or platforms. Once a visitor leaves wyco.info, those external websites operate under their own privacy policies and practices.

Data Retention

Information submitted through WYCO areas may be retained only as long as needed for the purpose connected to the submission, normal recordkeeping, site maintenance, or follow-up related to the visitor's request.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as WYCO features, branches, tools, project areas, third-party services, or applicable requirements change over time.
